The following rates apply to the general shipping profile. The available options and total amount are shown at checkout before payment.

An Express option of €11.00 is also configured for Belgium. The name Express does not in itself imply a guaranteed delivery date.
Destinations
In addition to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France, the shipping zone includes Austria, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. Delivery is possible insofar as the destination and item are available at checkout.
Processing and delivery
No fixed processing or delivery time has currently been established. Before ordering, ask about expected delivery at coil.cocoon@gmail.com. Any different delivery period must be agreed in advance. Unless otherwise agreed, the statutory delivery period for consumer purchases is no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
Orders may be shipped directly by a supplier. Coil & Cocoon remains your point of contact for your order, delivery and any problems. The risk of loss or damage remains with us until you or a third party designated by you receives the parcel, subject to the statutory exception where you choose a carrier that we did not offer.
International delivery
Import formalities may apply to cross-border shipping. Contact us in advance with questions about the total cost to your destination. Costs for which advance information is legally required will not be imposed on you afterwards without that information.
Questions and returns
