These terms apply to purchases through our online store. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.

2. Offers and orders

Before ordering, read the product description, price and delivery information. Check your contact and delivery details and the order summary. The final order button indicates that you are entering into an obligation to pay. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If there is an availability issue or an obvious error, we will contact you; no change will be made without your agreement.

3. Prices and payment

Consumer prices are stated in euros, including applicable VAT. Any shipping costs and other mandatory costs known in advance are shown before payment. You can choose from the payment methods available at checkout. The price agreed when the contract is concluded applies to your order.

4. Delivery

Available destinations, rates and delivery information are listed in our shipping policy. No fixed delivery time has yet been established. Unless a different period is agreed in advance, consumer purchases will be delivered within 30 days at the latest. In the event of a delay, you retain your statutory options to request delivery or terminate the contract. We remain responsible for delivery when a supplier ships directly.

5. Returns and withdrawal

We offer a 30-day period for requesting returns. The conditions of the additional return period, your statutory right of withdrawal, the form, refund arrangements and return address are set out in the return policy. 6. Conformity and complaints

You are entitled to a product that meets the contract and statutory conformity requirements. The statutory guarantee and the associated remedies free of charge remain applicable. Report a defect or complaint to coil.cocoon@gmail.com, preferably with your order number and a description. We will assess the report and seek an appropriate solution. Keep your proof of purchase.

8. Use of the website

Use the website lawfully. Abuse, fraud, distributing malicious software and infringing the rights of others are not permitted. Protected trademarks, images and text may not be used without permission, except for uses permitted by law.

9. Shopify

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchase contract is with Coil & Cocoon. Contact us with questions about purchases, delivery or returns.

10. Liability and applicable law

Our liability is assessed under applicable law. These terms do not exclude any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protection of the law of your habitual residence where that protection applies. Disputes may be brought before the court that has jurisdiction under the law.
